Vendor terms

• This is an application only. It does not guarantee a space.
• A space is confirmed only after written acceptance from FMGlobal Entertainment and completion of the agreed payment requirements.
• I will sell only the products or services approved in my application, and will not transfer or sublet my space without written permission.
• I will keep my area clean, dispose of waste responsibly, and follow the organiser's setup, trading, safety and breakdown instructions.
• I am responsible for my own stock, equipment, staff, cash and belongings.
• I will not use generators, gas, open flames or high-load electrical equipment without prior written approval.
• Food vendors must meet food safety, hygiene and licensing rules, and give any required documents when asked.
• I will not sell illegal, counterfeit, unsafe or prohibited goods, or items the organiser has not approved.
